What To Expect In A Reconnective Healing Session
Everyone’s experience with Reconnective Healing is unique. Some may receive healing instantaneously and in one session. For others, it may take a little longer for the healing to unfold or they may, after some time, decide that they want a second or third session. Although 1 to 3 sessions is recommended, it is completely up to you.
It's best to wear comfortable clothing and socks as I will have you remove your shoes. We will take some time to talk prior to the session in case you have any questions. I will then have you lie on your back on a massage table. I'll ask you to close your eyes and just relax. It's best not to have any expectations but just observe what you may notice during the session. Without touching, I will start to move my hands around and we will both begin to receive the healing frequencies. This will take approximately 30-35 minutes. Then I will lightly touch your shoulder to let you know the session is over. We will then take more time to discuss your experience and address any questions you may have.
Distance Sessions are also available and just as tangible as in-person sessions. In fact, studies have shown that these frequencies are stronger through distance. I will ask you to lie down in a quiet, comfortable space and just relax. Then after the session is over, we will talk by phone of your experience.
About Me
With my only child heading off to the military, in addition to other life changes, I found myself feeling lost and alone. This roller coaster of emotions forced me into a place where I just didn’t feel like myself anymore. I decided to attend a retreat in Sedona, Arizona. Surprisingly, it led me to learn more about myself than I had anticipated and completely changed my energy and the energy of those around me! It made difficult relationships easier, I felt less stress and anxiety, and things did not bother me as intensely as they had before. I started to feel as if certain relationships, jobs and/or situations no longer served me. This was very uncomfortable at first, but I soon realized those things were being removed from my life because they were not meant to be in the 'truth' I was meant to live. Which is a peaceful, joyful, loving life! The best part is, it changed before I even fully understood this was all possible!
I lost myself for a moment, but as I look back on it, I see it as more of a redirection to my calling! Sometimes you have to lose yourself and the person who you thought you were, to find the other parts of who you were destined to be! This is what Reconnective Healing is all about! It is life progress! My life has never been the same and that's a wonderful thing!
